Lean & Learned
This is dedicated to the girlies over 90kgs/200lbs
Let’s not sugarcoat it—you’re overweight. Maybe even obese. And no, calling it “body confidence” won’t change the fact that carrying excess weight is wrecking your health, draining your energy, and making everyday life harder than it needs to be.
If you’re over 90kg, it’s time for a reality check. You didn’t get here by accident. Chances are, you do fat mindset things—rewarding yourself with food, eating past fullness, and not thinking twice about the extra sauces, snacks, and second helpings. Maybe you say you want to be lean, but your daily habits scream otherwise.
Here’s the thing—if you don’t change your mindset and start to think like a skinny person, your body will never change either. You can try every diet, weight loss surgery, or magic pill, but if you keep thinking and acting like someone who’s overweight, the fat will always find its way back.
🔥 It’s time to switch to a ‘skinny state of mind’.
That means:
✅ Eating with purpose—not out of boredom, emotions, or habit.
✅ Moving your body daily—not just when it’s convenient.
✅ Taking accountability—no more excuses, no more victim mindset.
We’re not here to coddle you. We’re here to give you the tough love you need to stop sabotaging yourself. You can lose weight. You can change. But it starts with getting brutally honest about what’s holding you back.
If you don’t know my credentials by now, here’s the short version:
No, I’m not a nutritionist, personal trainer, or coach. But I was obese.
This time last year, I was pushing 100kg, stuffing my face, eating huge portions, and letting my entire life revolve around food. I was a prisoner to my cravings, constantly thinking about my next meal.
💡 Then everything changed.
I switched my mindset—from fat thinking to skinny thinking—and the weight fell off.
No doctor’s appointments. No semaglutides. No surgery. No shakes. No fad diets.
Just intentional eating and a total shift in mindset.
📉 In my first two weeks, I lost 4kg—dropping from 97kg to 93kg.
The next week? Another kilo. Then another. Then another. It felt like it happened in the blink of an eye.
After living in a size 16 (often an 18) for as long as I could remember, I finally saw the weight shift—not because I found a magic diet, but because I stopped thinking like a fat person.
Once I adopted the skinny mindset, my habits changed. And when my habits changed, my body followed.
Now? My mindset is on autopilot.
✅ The food noise is quiet.
✅ Binge eating? Gone.
✅ I eat when I need to—not because food is there.
I rewired my brain, and now my body reflects it. If you want the same? It starts with your mind.
